· Incomplete applications will be denied
· All references, employers, and landlords must be able to be contacted
· Please feel free to attach any other information that you feel we should know
· A background check will be done while processing your application
· All social media will be checked as well
· Pets will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If approved, there will be additional pet agreement to be signed
